Agency Terms (For Models & Clients)

1. Definitions

• “Talent” refers to models, actors, musicians, and artists listed on TBI.

• “Client” refers to any individual or company booking talent via TBI.

2. Representation

• TBI acts as a non-exclusive intermediary unless otherwise agreed.

• Talent remains independent unless an exclusive contract is signed.

3. Booking Procedures

• All bookings must be processed through TBI.

• Direct engagement between Talent and Clients without TBI’s consent is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payments

• Fees will be agreed upon booking.

• A standard agency commission of 20% applies unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations

• Bookings canceled within 24 hours will incur full fees.

• Considerations will be made for emergencies (weather, health).

6. Conduct

• Talent and Clients must maintain professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.
