Content Usage Rights Schedule

This document explains how creator content may be used after a collaboration.
1. Creator Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Standard Brand Usage
Unless otherwise agreed, brands may use approved content only for the purposes agreed in the campaign.
Examples:
• Organic social media posting
• Website use
• Marketing materials
3. Paid Advertising Usage
Using creator content for:
• Paid social ads
• Boosted posts
• Performance campaigns
• Advertising platforms
requires separate approval and may require additional fees.
4. Whitelisting / Partnership Ads
Running advertisements through a creator’s account requires:
• Creator approval
• Separate authorization
• Defined campaign duration
5. AI and Synthetic Use Restrictions
Brands may not:
• Create AI versions of creators
• Clone voices
• Generate synthetic likenesses
• Modify creator identity using AI
without written permission.
6. Extended Usage Rights
Additional rights such as:
• Long-term advertising
• Global usage
• Television
• Packaging
• Commercial licensing
must be agreed separately.
