Refund and Cancellation Policy

Creator Subscriptions

Creators may cancel future renewals anytime.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.

Refunds may be considered for:

• Duplicate payments
• Payment processing errors
• Payment collected after cancellation
• Service not provided by TBI

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• No campaigns received
• No earnings generated
• Low brand interest
• Unused subscription time
• Policy violations

Individual campaign agreements govern campaign payments, creator fees, management fees, and expenses.

Refund requests must include:

• Account details
• Payment proof
• Reason for request
