TBI is committed to creating a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all creators.

Every creator working through TBI has the right to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

Creators have the right to receive clear information before accepting any opportunity, including:

• Campaign brief
• Brand details
• Location information
• Schedule
• Deliverables
• Compensation details
• Content usage rights

Creators should only participate in opportunities where:

• Working conditions are safe
• Locations are appropriate
• Responsibilities are clearly communicated
• Necessary approvals are provided

Creators have the right to refuse unsafe or inappropriate requests.

TBI does not tolerate:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Threats
• Coercion
• Hidden recording
• Unsafe working conditions
• Misleading campaign requirements

Creators may refuse campaigns involving:

• Illegal activities
• Unsafe products
• Misleading claims
• Inappropriate content
• Uncomfortable personal requests

Sensitive content requires clear consent.

TBI and its partners will never request:

• Passwords
• OTP codes
• Private account credentials
• Unnecessary personal information

Creators’ images, videos, voice, and likeness cannot be used for:

• Deepfakes
• AI-generated replicas
• Synthetic voice
• AI training

unless separate written permission is provided.

Creators can report:

• Safety concerns
• Fraud attempts
• Harassment
• Unprofessional behaviour

through official TBI communication channels.
